Due to the nature of skin care products, returns are not accepted and we do not offer refunds. Sample sizes are available of most items so that you may try them out before you purchase the full sizes. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so we can work resolve the issue. If there is a mistake with your order please let us know immediately so that we may correct it.

Shipping
Your order will typically ship within 2-3 days or purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of your shipment when your order has been shipped.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International Packages under 4 LBS will be shipped via First Class, over 4 LBS via Priority. Email webstore @ angelfacebotanicals.com if you would like to upgrade your shipping or add insurance.

US Mail First Class 2-5 business day transit

US Mail Priority 2-3 business day transit

US Mail Express 1-2 business day transit

First Class International Mail 7-14 business day transit

Priority International Mail 5-7 business day transit

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates are calculated by weight and distance. International orders may incur customs fees levied by your country. The buyer is responsible for customs fees.
