In Tahiti, the Tiare Gardenia flower is offered as a welcome & as an invitation to well-being.

Tahitian Glow is inspired by the sensual & exotic Monoi de Tahiti--an exquisite, handcrafted oil which comes from an ancient Tahitian island tradition of infusing the snow white Tiare flowers in coconut oil, exclusively grown in the volcanic, coral soils of French Polynesia.

The Tahitian Tiare, Gardenia tahitensis, is quite different from the equally prized Common Gardenia, Gardenia jasminoides, & naturally has its own unique scent. This precious oil's scent is uniquely Tahitian, drenched in tropical florals similar to gardenia, tuberose with hints of apple blossom.

Gardenia is known as the Moonflower & is ruled by the Moon.

In designing this decadent & sensual scent, I was looking to emulate the magical qualities of tropical air--warm, moist & elusive, rich & heady with exotic florals, and a light caress of gingery spice.
